- Ensure parcel is packed properly with adequate packaging
- Attach printed shipping label on parcel before proceed with pickup/ drop off
- Additional rate applies for any extra weight or unclear instruction
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher

- Pickup service available on working days, Monday – Friday (2pm – 6pm)
- SAME DAY pickup applies according to courier cut-off time:
  Poslaju : payment before 9AM
  CJ Century : payment before 12PM
  Aramex, Ninjavan, Nationwide, Skynet : payment before 11AM
  DHL e-commerce : only available for drop off
- Payment made after cut-off time is subjected to NEXT DAY pickup schedule

- Delivery service available on working days exclusive Sunday & Public holidays (subjected to courier companies operation schedule)
- Standard delivery apply, 1- 5 working days for major cities
- Additional 1-2 days apply for delivery to outskirt areas
